True...My sister always says this that even if you hide your pregnancy, some people already know you are pregnant. Just pray for protection.

How severe is the headache?

How far along 're You?

Have you taken paracetamol, try a dark room , lots of fluid and vitamin c..

You need fruits too, steam inhalation with Robb and use ori to rub your nose bridge then keep warm..

If you don't feel better after everything please kindly see your doc even if it's not your clinic day..

People already knew I was pregnant even before I missed period. It was because of them, i did pregnancy test a week before my period and saw a very tiny line. May Allah protect us.

I suggest with a cerclage its better to leave early so you can be well managed as the doctor will have ample time with you and your baby which will help in management..

What you need is folic acid one tablet per day till week 13 then you can decide to go advance as you said or you can continue till end Of pregnancy .

I used folic acid, ferrous and vitamin c for my pregnancies .

pregnacare doesn't prevent miscarriage, stick to your routine drugs. If a pregnancy is destined to stay, it will. It's all in God's hands.

Thank God for his blessings and I wish you a smooth pregnancy journey and easy delivery.

I stopped using the hospital prescribed routine drugs around 10wks but mainly because I hated the quantity and smell. I switched to Pregnacare (the 6k own ) which doesn't have calcium so I also bought Dr Meyer's Calcium supplement which I have been using since then. You can buy Pregnacare Max ( 10k) and it contains calcium so no need for the extra supplement. Whichever suits you.

Miscarriage isn't your portion in Jesus name, Amen. There are many factors to aid the prevention of such, not necessarily routine drugs. Please let your doctor advice you. Wish you the best of God ma.

I have a different opinion on this, if @ bolded was as a result of a medical issue, I would suggest, you see your doctor s(he) is in the best position to advice on what to do/take to avoid a repeat. BTW Whether pregncare or normal routine drug, just avoid stress or anything that would threaten your peace of mind during this first trimester
PS: if na Naija you dey, replace the word "avoid" with "limit"

Good morning beautiful people! God did it completely for my wife @Mbliz and my humble self yesterday. Our Beautiful princess Bernice made her grand enterance at exactly 5:58 pm yesterday. Her due date was between 11th and 19th November. We didnt see this coming! No active labour sign. When i noticed the contraction timing, i said to my wife its time! But she thought it was the usual false labour. She delivered successfully after 5 minutes of arriving at the hospital. She and Bernice are doing fine. I use my wife as a point of contact to every expectant mother that God will do it for you all. He will make it easy and there shall be no loss. And for everyone believing God for the fruit of the womb, keep faith and believe in God and God only! He will do yours at the appointed time. To November cappo, @jennyluv! Weldone and good job. I just did the birth announcement on behalf of my wife she will post the BS in a shortwhile. Thankyou! Thank you!!!
