I remember earlier this year, that a girl accused 2 guys of raping her, one of the guys was the son of a prominent Lagos hotelier, the girls sibling was questioning the guy in front of a camera in front of the police, as he questioned her and one of the boys refused to answer one of the police men gave him a heavy slap.

The police still charged the 2boys for rape despite what happened.

I can still bring back that video if the Lagos or Nigerian police wants

My thing... in a prank... at the end of it all... the 'victim' must be informed of was a prank. In this case... at the end of the video... viewers were not informed in any way that it was a prank. It then became slander/defamation.... the girls knowingly putting out false information... and asking viewers to spread it even farther. It was a joke for them to later say it was a prank. Same as someone getting on the radio to say your mother was a notorious runs babe.... army bases were her main romping grounds.... never said she was joking until you confront her or send out a death threat? Would you say o..ok... don't do it again?

If he had emotional trauma, he should have sued them which was what I was expecting. Not forcefully take them against their will, handcuff them and parade them publicly. It was never in his place to do so. Police should arrest criminals.
They lied on him publicly, that's a civil case and not a criminal case. He should have sued them as he said he would, and not taken the law into his own hands.



Your head dey there. I don't think they understand the extent of what they've done (David's camp). I initially even thought it was the police that arrested the girls and wondered what was their concern in a libel case necessitating handcuffing the girls. I even mentioned somewhere that the police had better not allow human rights/activists groups reason their matter for this case not knowing that it was an ordinary citizen who decided to take the law into his own hands.
