iammo:This APC dog. It doesn't surprise me you reason like them. They can continue to slaughter people and make live living hell for the citizens all in the name of being in power. Pdp had its faults but APC came to make them look like angels. Somehow I feel these APC people have sold their souls & dats why they behave like these bcs they don't have souls again having traded it for power. There were shites, boko haram, Fulani herdsmen and nnamdi kanu/ipob during pdp era. But where there senseless killings and massacres like these? LET THEM REMEMBER THAT ONE DAY, THEY WILL GIVE ACCOUNT TO THE OWNER OF SOULS WHO GAVE THEM SOULS. How will they want to spend eternity? Forever in hell? And I pity those societal miscreants who go about committing atrocities in the name of God. There's shall be worst eternal sufferings. Everything on earth here is vain. |

iammo:Soldiers don't quell civilian unrests. If they do, they better behave like civilians. Nigeria is not among the greatest military powers in the world and yet dem no go let person see road. |

Shelloween:Even when attacked? You are not serious. WHOEVER ATTACKED A NATIONS ARMY LOST HIS RIGHTS TO BE PROTECTED BY THAT SAME ARMY. Cant you see he is a national security threat? Protection of life and properties is police duty while soldiers are trained to destroy life and properties. What level of threat do you call serious threat? Dont you know that an Egg can be used to kill someone? Less of this people who carried stones? [projectiles? Dont let western Deception on human rights make you undermine your national security. |

dangwarmai:Those protestors were not armed. Do you even know what it means to be armed? It's not the military's primary duty to maintain law and order within the state. It's the job of the Police and other armed forces. The military is responsible for the protection of the country against external aggression. They can only meddle in the affairs within the state if there is war, natural disasters etc. IT IS NOT their job to stop protestors. |

dangwarmai:Did you study international humanitarian law? Most of these laws were ratified by Nigeria. If your answer is no, then pls shut up and stop exuding your crass ignorance pls. Talking about western idea of human rights, you're going too far. Pls go and read the African charter particularly article 4, which even gave African Union the right to invade any African country that breaches the human rights of its citizens on mass scale. Besides I also advise you to go and read up the concept of responsibility to protect in international law. Pls try get some education first before exuding some disgusting national security defined by only the same govt that breaches human rights without any iota of compunction and before telling me that pelting of stones and eggs constitute a threat to national security. Then I would ask you again to define for me what constitutes an arm or dangerous weapon. |
