Yes, dear. You can withdraw from any ATM but bank charges is #65 on other ATM and free on UBA ATM

Nigerian PayPal can only send funds to pay for items online, you can't recieve money into your nigerian PayPal account, so it's practically useless..

I'm not using Nigerian PayPal account. I'm using South African. These system works on South Africa, UAE and Lesotho PayPal.
