Within the little while I've spent here in Kano, I can boldly say that a majority of them are pure hypocrites .I've seen four legs under hijab at dark corners severally, their males and females who are drug addicts are strong addicts and they are sex freaks with zero emotional control.

You never force people to engage in any form of test.... HIV or any other, if they do want to carry out the test, they need the permission of the individual.... It's your duty as a doctor to convince them and not force them and putting their faces out there is wrong... You are exposing their identity to scrutiny and stigmatization because like it or not, the stigma still exist especially among the poor and illiterate ones
