There are buildings and there are buildings. Sisi Paris was described as "luxurious", do you know the implication of that? Real money recognizes real money; the class of folks she had in mind as her target market will recognize luxury when they see, smell or feel it. I suspect that the materials used in the construction of that building are the real deal, not mid range or knockoffs.
