I am really sorry, but a simple reply would save us this whole scenario. I am currently using someone else's phone for everything I have been doing for the past couple days. I am not sure the person would let me use the phone tomorrow; this is why I wanted to be clear on which contact info you gave the courier, but you only provided a vague response on the phone and didn't respond to my chats on WhatsApp.

My intent is not to rant, but to know the situation of things in order to evade these kind of lengthy explanations.
