Macaroot is most beneficial for erectile dysfunction in men, its also serve as an aphrodisiac: a libido booster to arouse sexual urge.

You can engage in butt and hips targeted exercise routine e.g squat, donkey kicks etc to get a firmer, rounder, and more pronounced butt plus its natural and inexpensive.

Congratulations to the new mummies whom this thread is intended for.

Low breast milk production is one condition new mummies never bargained for but most find themselves struggling to produce sufficient milk to meet up with new born baby's feeding demand most especially when you made up your to engage in EBF(exclusive breast feeding).
It can be somewhat fustrating to see baby crying for more feed but no sufficient breast milk to satisfy its needs.
Las las you settle for combination feeding (a mix of fomular and breast feeding)alternative means has now come in place while the planned exclusive breastfeeding mantra is thrown to the wind, after all baby got to eat.

Let's look at the

CAUSES OF LOW MILK PRODUCTION:

√Negligence at Ante-natal
During later stage of pregnancy especially at the last trimester, mothers to be particularly first timers are unaware of the importance of unclogging and opening up the nipples to allow easy flow of breast milk when the new born latches.
New babies eat at every two hours, and when it latch on breast expecting to feed, because the nipples is blocked the milk doesn't flow out easily, they end up sucking air, lose interest in sucking altogether! weird right?(yes baby gets bored easily)and throw tantrums.

How do you open up the nipples prior to delivery?

√At the final phase of pregnancy, precisely between the 8th/9th month (its advised to do this towards the latter stage of pregnancy to avoid preterm contraction).
¶Dab a swab of cotton bud in coconut or virgin olive oil, clean all around the nipples using the two thumbs to pull out the nipple as you clean. Note that the cotton wool will look stained those are accumulated dirt and blockades that would prevent a good flow when baby is first put to latch and you wouldn't want your baby sucking up those dirt.

¶Allow hubby to suck out the nipples, this will help to pull out the nipples and open it in advance for baby's first feed. (This activity should be reserved towards the latter end of pregnancy to avoid forced preterm contraction)

√Emotional and Physiological stress can result in decline breast milk production
This was one factor that affected my breast milk production until I gave my self sense to put it under control.
It happened that few weeks prior to my EDD, a major incidence occured that left me so broken, depressed and almost suicidal. I carried the emotional trauma through the remaining days of pregnancy through delivery and post partum.
My baby was introduced to fomular just few hours after arrival to the world. My breast was so dry that we couldn't pump out 2 teaspoon of milk.

¶When the body and mind is stressed up, the brain sends a negative signal to the mammary gland. let's face it taking care of a new baby without a support system with the sleepless night, feeding every two hours interval, diaper change, washing and housekeeping coupled with the not yet healed incision site or episisiotomy can be emotionally and physically overwhelming for some new mothers, sometimes resulting into post partum depression.
¶New mothers you need someone to help in taking care of the baby while you get adequate rest both at night and day, the opinion of sleeping when baby is sleeps will not work for you if you don't have a support, because when baby sleep is probably the only time you got to meet up with the house chores.
¶If peradventure you don't have a help, try by all means to ignore some work at home, and really sleep whenever baby is sleeping, cause you need the rest both for you and baby.
¶Free your mind from every negative vibes, practise positive thinking and meditations.
Listen to cool soft music and do some light yoga exercise that your body can accomodate

√Eat Healthy
*"When you are hungry, baby too is hungry"
*"What you eat is what baby is feeding on"
These are tested and trusted facts, new mums should take note of .
¶Eat nutricious food with carbs: this includes meals like pounded yam, fufu, semo, wheat, ric and beans, bread and rich tea, steaming watery pap, kunu, yoghurt, yam, bitterleaf soup etc
¶Take liquids always, its a great help when it comes to boosting milk production, make sure to be hydrated at all times. Liquids like soft drinks, beverages, sugarcane juice, smoothies, palmwine and water are so vital for a lactating mum hoping to increase supply

√Herbs.
We have some acclaimed breast milk enhancing herbs, however the one i used that worked effectively and rapidly for me was FENUGREEK SEED
I got the expected result within 3 days of use.
Fenugreek is a common herbs used as remedy for some health conditions, and works perfectly well in stimulating the breast duct to produce more milk.
FENNEL seed is also a good breast milk supply increasing herb based on reviews.

√Native White Chalk
Its called "nzu" in Igbo language, you won't believe the wonders this native chalk can perform for breast milk supply until you tried it.
