I am definitely not a zombie as per my posting records here and the laughter icon to show that my comment was sarcastic.

Naaaaah. Not for this Bonny jetty. The jetty is very important as it guarantees a source of income for the FG. It's whether the foolish Bonny King will be able to leverage it that is the real problem

I am wondering the kind of jetty they want to construct for 1.7billion - I think the project is inflated

Bonny island to Rivers mainland deserves a bridge. I dont know why both the rivers state govt and the fg doesn't care.

This would save cost in many ways.

This is one of the reason why Fg might not approve it, tomorrow Rivers state govt will say Fg is marginalizing them.

The sum is ridiculous

You can't build a bridge connecting Bonny to Nigeria. Besides still being unofficially a British Protectorate, it is a structured and reclusive wealth well that does not desire a huge flow of human traffic not scrutinized.

We are currently working on the project.
It's a 38km road with 3 major bridges and 9 mini-bridges plus one bridge spanning over a pipeline.

Bonny presently is only accessible by water. That already raises the cost of logistics of moving men and materiel. Then the terrain in Bonny like in most of the Niger Delta is a very difficult swampy terrain. I’m not saying it might not have been inflated o. I’m saying it is inherently expensive building in those types of places

Because the King this morning is in London. And has been for most part of the year. Only comes to Bonny during palace meetings or government visits. What serious King abandons his domain like that?
we are always quick to judge, he has his legitimate reason 4 being there could even be health issue, if Buhari can go to London, why can't Amanyanabo go too cheesy

See all these Bonny indigenes coming after me. Is it because of me that Bonny is such a backwater? U have one of the biggest companies in Nigeria and yet you wallow in such poverty. Please fix your kingdom before coming to threaten me. Your king lives in London and yet you complain about Buhari who only visits. Swerve joor
