The story as narrated here looks made up by another sorry nigerian blogger,reason many of them have failed careers as bloggers.
The real story can only come after getting the main foreign source of the story.

He rented the house to the tenant. How come the tenant started paying rents to his daughter? Did he authorise her to collect the rent? And before the decision to raid and evacuate the premises, did he ask the tenant for the rent? Didn't the tenant tell him he has paid?

Dude stop being a crook. Brand new of that phone is about 55k now. I used this phone wen it just came out last year and I bought it 76k. It got stolen March this year. I can still show u the carton and charger if u want

He just need to get a lawyer and police. An agreement will be drawn and signed that the next rent will be used to offset the bills plus nothing like eviction for next 5years. Failure to sign the agreement, the police will arrest and charge him for breaking in a and robbery.
