Let’s talk about the Logical arguments here - and not the moral or religious underpinnings.

You can drink water anywhere, and anyhow you want it.

But you cannot talk about sex or perform sexual activities in the public, unless perhaps, for educational purposes. Because it is a private matter.

It is normal for people to have sex - but it is not normal for those people to talk about their sexual perversions or perform sexual acts in public.

It’s called public nuisance in law.
