I have said it repeatedly this is a failed case as Nigeria stand right now. 17 years old girl in sexual abuse with 20 years old guy and 16 years later the girl came up with rape allegation (not in Europ or America) pls how do that hold ground huh

Now she has to look for 1M on top of it all so what is her gain now?

Yeah, like it's been nearly 20 years since the thing happened.

Evidence in rape cases muust be collected within 48 hours of the rape. Unfortunately, that's the time when the victim is most emotionally fragile..

Assuming Busola was raped, that is.

All in all, one good thing is, hopefully rape reporting would improve in this country...we hope.

She should have left it for the Supreme God to judge instead of running to the Supreme Court. As for the the Supreme Court it's obvious she can't win. It is only Supreme God that can give her favorable judgment that is If she's clean.
