Almost all hospitals "steal" blood from patients. They once "stole" from me at parklane hospital. Bought blood, it wasn't used neither was it given back to me

10 staff investigated.... found to be stealing blood..... and are fired. Why not have them prosecuted? Why leave them to go work at another hospital and continue doing the same? Why wouldn't new staffers do the same if the most that can happen if caught is to be fired?
