U have a strong point but if u live in naija u would agree with me that, as a people,we have been ridiculed, we are barely clinging to life. even the so called rich people can't move around freely without armed escort.

WE live on the edge in naija cos anything can happen and nobody would be held accountable.

In naija it's all man to himself and God for us all, so forgive us sometimes when we refuse to see the bigger picture cos those that have the power to change things have abandoned us, we would continue to scamper for d closest clue to financial relieve(not success). Why do u think MMM made a killing in naija.

Hopefully one day things will get better.

My brother I refuse to be socially conditioned. I'll project my own personal values on/in/around any society I find myself.

I refuse to allow fear and negativities be the underlying motive behind my actions.

Hence I won't see things from a fearful posturing but rather objective and rational standpoint.

We need to regain our humanity from the fear of loss of our laurels.

Not everyone is after me

Not everyone wants me to fail

Not everyone is wishing me I'll

Not everyone wants what I have

I refuse to see the darkness in the world but choose to tilt towards the light.

I refuse to be enamored by fear of loss inspire of the wickedness of this generation

I refuse to embrace fear as my companion but rationality and openness and will so treat situations that comes across me than to scream and shout for safety even when I'm not attacked.

I refuse to give up my peace due to the insecurities I may absorb from this generation. While we see the darkness in the world.

We should look inwards and treat our own souls too.

Let's walk in love and not live by fears conditioned upon us by society brought about by an unhealthy desire to not want to suffer loss

To be whole, fear must be expelled and replaced by rational positive productive thinking

Out of social media. The hatred for another is too much for my peace of mind

Those guys have different monikers, if you look closely and deeper you will know the person behind the monikers.

Although he promised to leave the forum, but it is almost impossible for him to do.

Discussions about Treasury Bills which is the primary objective of this thread are healthy.

Show me where I came to the thread discussing anything since I left the thread you cheap hypocrite. Why not bring the accusations you have on me with proof of wrong.

So when everyone speaks on economic issues that affects TB. Its me.

SMh. You guys better go work on your miserable lives.

Las las now, you will find one innocent uncle and start laying accusations on how he tied you with juju that made u poor.

Congrats, was it FGN bond or FGN savings bond?

sorry to say but you cannot sell such property at that price after 7yrs. and 80m property yielding mere 2.4m is piss poor!

plus trust me you don't want to live with your tenants, you are better off renting your own space and going to live somewhere else. Tenants wahala daily can shorten your lifespan, rent it all and leave it to a realtor to manage while he gets % from the annual rent. (5% standard)
are u taking from experience ? Cos am talking from expirence ....my friend built his house for 6 million in 2006 live inside the house for 11 years and sold the house for 27 million naira in 2018 ( he didn't renovate for 1 )..if he bought t.b over the 11 years even at 13 percent all through the tenure it will be 12m now which can only buy land in same location......for tenant am not talking of face me and face you type am talking of professional paying 700k above....i have no issues with my tenant the 2 of them 1 firs officer and other a doctor....no problem what so ever infact without them the house will be two big two boring.....

For the tenant thing, Yes but I prefer not to go into some personal detail..

I wasn't referring to face me I face you. well it's because in your case it's just two flats, if it's a an 8-9pcs of 3bdr flat in the whole building, you will relate better.

However on the land flipping thing, I agree with you on the speed at which land could move, but the analogy you have where you acquire at 10m and sell at 80m in 7yrs didn't sound feasible to me tho.

No offense.

Very good, you paid N20 million because you bought from the secondary market.

You will need about N100 million to buy FGN bond from the primary market.

With a minimum of $2500 you can also invest in the Eurobond fund of FBN Quest Merchant Bank @ 6%.

You are sure of the preservation of your fund from currency devaluation

Elder Emma, in my own case sir, I want to mop up all my treasury bills by January to raise about 30m naira. I have done Eurobond with around 13k$; I want to put 25m naira in FGN Bond secondary market and still put 5m naira in treasury bills. My spouse prefers we put the whole 30m in FGN Bond which I am not in support. What have you to say to this, Elder Emma and madam needful?
