you must be born again, be filled with the HOLY GHOST with the evidence of speakin in tongues- when you pray more in tongues, its easier to hear Gods spirit because you hav tuned to his frequency, hav a large appetite for Gods word stay on the part that tels u who you are in christ, what christ has done and what He has made of you in His death burial and resurection, finaly . Hav the undastandin/ consciousnes that ITS A RELATIONSHIP you can talk and receive answers, THE HOLYSPIRIT IS A PERSON AND HE NEVER LEAVES YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU even when you sin, HE IS THE ONE THAT CALS YOU BACK. even though you have learnt the lesson from all that happened. what i mean by living in the past is allowing the past to dictate your life, NOT MOVING ON, staying and always refering to it and letting it determine the present..the truth is the person has not realy let go. i knw its not easy to forgive but you have to allow God help you. so you dnt put yourself in the same prison of your heart just AS YOU ARE HOLDING THE PERSON, so you wnt cage yourself inside. pray about it and say it loud I FORGIVE SO AND SO. I choose to be free.. you might cry because it hurts so so bad, or you may hav pland your revenge.. remember vergence is of God. forgive and let go

God hears your complain. stop it. Be Grateful, even the small you hav , there is somebody that doesnt have it
