Yes i have.

It seems to be very fragile, as it burnt out on more than than two ocassions. Infact i had to upgrade a resistor inside it when it burnt at first. That didn't help.

Someone up there said it shouldn't be used with a stab, maybe thats why mine zapped because i run my house on a stab due to unstable voltage supply. But come to think of it , why should a charger spit out fire and die because a stab is in line with it.

I hear there is an analog version tho which i was tempted to get....until i decided to use laptop chargers and an mppt to charge my batteries.

The laptop design has worked for me so far with only slight issues i can afford to ignore. Let me knw which you bought and d experience....that is analog or digital.

that stabilizer part may just be a big eye opener, if my present setup develops an irreparable fault, i will get the charger again and try it without stabs. btw, did you use yours with a gen?....

For me, i like opening things up to see how they work and repair if possible. Its fun for me and saves some quids if it actually works again.... atleast if its broke it cant more dead than dead. lol

Why would you turn on your 12v DC TV while the battery is charging knowing full well that the battery voltage can rise to about 14.7v and the charger supplies very high amps which is not suitable for the TV?

that why I told those buying the 12v fan to buy a 12v power for it, instead of connecting to battery directly, as long as the TV is connected directly to the 12v battery, and the light in hour house, that charger will charge forever and will never be full until u put off the TV, that when the charger will stop charging, ur battery will be damaged doing so all the time

Simply because a DC TV is rated 12V does not mean that it cannot take voltage up to 16V or lower than 11V.A good 12V TV can work with a 16V adaptet withput any issues.

U are right....when I bought one of my 12v fan, I had to test with an 18v power adapter I had, it worked o....but the fan motor speed was higher than the other 12v fan that had a 12v power adapter, I just say make I kuku manage am like that, in a week or two , the fan motor burn out and died, its not advisable ....
