Is u and I that look at as abnormal, as far as this officer is concern nothing is wrong with that.
If anything is wrong with that show it, then there can be a discussion around it.

Just show what is wrong with a man outside his environment washing his clothes in a plastic container.

So, no house nearby for him to obtain a bucket to wash huh

Really? undecided
Whose house ?

Do you know the implication of a policeman going into someone's house to obtain a bucket to wash his clothes?

In Nigeria? In Niger Delta? During Election period? With mischievous people like you in abundant supply?

Your caption is misleading.

It is a ballot box when it is containing ballot papers.

In the absence of ballot papers, that thing is simply a plastic container.
Mr-I-Too-Know. The election held isn’t up to 3 days, that ballot box ought to be in the hands of INEC officials and not a police man. Use your brain, it won’t harm you

Lol. Ballot boxes are nothing but basins. E reach to use wash cloth. Hopefully whoever is in charge will think up a better design.

Seriously, Nigeria needs a military coup.

The miltary had struck for less grievous reasons in the past. Nigeria is truly sliding. So now, we cannot elect people we want unless Aso rock approves it?

U are the first person to say exactly what I was thinking. What is the big deal. It would have been a big deal if he actually removed the ballot papers in the box but that is not the case. He only improvised and I believe as of the period he was using the ballot boxes they were just like everyother plastic being used for such purpose.

There you go again. Ballot box without ballot papers. Don't call it a ballot box yet.

It is just a plastic container.

To even tell you the surprising truth, those plastic containers are not even kept by INEC in Abuja. Go to local government Secretariats and see them littering about.

Keeping them for 3 days? O boy, na millions. Even ballots papers are not kept in the plastic container after counting. They're put in an envelope.

That container is a ballot box only when ballot papers are in it
