The universe doesn't care about you so cannot give you a reason for your existence. You are the only one who can give meaning to your existence. It's a hard fact of life which is why religion is so appealing, it offers a soft landing for this question. A question which bugs the hell out of us humans because the universe is so vast and uncaring and we feel so alone. However, some of us do not need the crutch of religion to find a reason to continue to exist. We found the strength to look at this cold universe and decide to continue to exist in the face of all the odds.

Is there a task ahead after life? (I know there can’t be an answer to this question because you’re alive and we know not what lies ahead, religion tells us 2 places await us but we accept that based on belief / fear but we are not certain)
