In as much as I'll like to blame everyone for ignoring her and going about their businesses, d fear of d police is d beginning of wisdom for ppl dis days.. Ppl are jus afraid to help becos if U do and anything happens to her, e don b for U. I know a guy who had to relocate from town simply becos he gave a lift to someone who was being rushed to d hospital.
