Not the job of bystanders to rush her to hospital. That is why the government's in sane countries put in place something called emergency services via 911, police, fire and ambulance would have arrived in minutes. I guess this is one of the perils of living in a third world African nation.

No one wants to be paraded on TV for a crime he did not commit. Nigerian Police that are never friends with people can make an example of whoever takes the person to hospital. Reporting the situation to the police can help though but it's a risk.

How is she lucky when nobody is ready to help , including the delayed emergency service ??...it's not about the west or east, THE PROBLEM IS LAGOS, if it were to be in Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo , Delta , Imo , Abia, PH, Enugu or here in the north, somebody will rush her to the hospital but for Lagos nobody cares infact they will be rushing to update it on Instagram instead to rushing her to a near by hospital for check...Lagos is another thing , .maybe because of corrupt NigPolice or past experience...may Allah help us to do what is right at the right time..Amin.

Sometin similar happened in oba market, benin. Police station no even far from the scene. Na so police dey stroll pass am like say na animal faĺl for ground. I was dere for minuetes, almost an hour, u know as usual our police nevr fails to dissappoint. The guy was stil breathing but no one to rescue him from certain death. I was a student den, i never even chop well. Money no even dey talkless say na person i go safe. Even as my heart dey push me, i look back but no confidence, money No dey my side at all.even If i risk am, nigeria system go fail me woefuĺly. That is if i

Make sure you also have some spare change and time....let’s hopes nothing happens to her during the transportation go the hospital and the hospital didn’t turn you people away; you have to pay to buy hospital card and sort out the hospital before they even admit her; unless you want to just drop her off on the floor at the hospital and zoom off, which would be cruel.
