Leto is not an A-list actor, but it's not entirely his fault. The plot of SQ was very weak. Plus, you're forgetting that Heath, JP or JN had the storyline more focused on their character/their character arcs were more pronounced compared to Leto's Joker which had to share numerous screen time with other characters in a below par script.

Is it not same Suicide Squad that Margot Robbie was discovered and praised for her Harley performance. Smith's Deadshot wasn't all that bad. Viola Davis was praised also for her Amanda Waller portrayal. So the fact is Leto na bad dream that I seriously wish to forget!

For what it's worth I'm not choosing either side, I think both played their roles well according to the scripts in their respective movies..... Heath joker is the more dramatic and also a lot recent so I can see why he edges it for the millennials

DC didn't imitate any shit, it was WB's idea to make it more or less like Avengers, that's what bleeped the movie with a butchered project. Bringing in Joss made things worse.

Stupid WB was afraid it was too long and would discourage theater goers. They didn't get the memo, forgot about Lord of The Rings trilogy and Endgame proved them stupid once more. If movie is good ppl will turn up. Especially a brand name as DC or Marvel.

With the #ReleasetheSnydercut campaign waxing strong with support from the actors eg. Ray Fisher, Momoa, Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot I hope the cut gets released. That stupid Kevin Tsujihara just messed things up for us big time.

This guy takes music more seriously than movies abeg. Margot Robbie has been cast for Suicide Squad 2 and i don't think James Gunn will reason any plot lines relating to Joker...the only Joker future story will either be JP or Joker in RP's Batman..Jared Leto was actually flawless in Dallas Buyers Club sha and deservedly got an oscar.
