The case lacks credibility. The story before was that the song was composed by the 2 of them when they were in Platashun Boiz and when Blackface released his first single, 2face too went to Kennis to go solo. Note that there was no quarrel then as it was mutually agreed then for them to do solo works and return to do group projects. In fact, Blackface was featured in 2face's first Album. They both agreed that 2face should use African Queen in his album and 2 face had to compose the third verse to make it a complete song.

Blackface is bitter because he never believed 2face will go this far professionally. But God is not like us, human beings. God is God.

The issue has been overflogged.I wonder why blackface had to wait this long to file a court case over an alleged song theft.Unfortunately for him,his hesistancy over the years to do the needful will only diminish the credibility of his allegation.It is a shame that someone as tremendously talented as blackface failed to reach the peak of his career just because he keep blaming another man for his debacles.
To me,this dude is just fighting a lost cause because the law in this country is not applicable to people who have influence.

Waiting a long time doesn't diminish the credibility of the matter. if u read the post, he had hoped they would settle out of Court, hence the delay. Perhaps the time could also afford him the opportunity to prove his case convincingly. Then again, whether or not Blackface has failed musically, doesn't mean he shouldn't fight for his rights if feels cheated.
