Joe yorubakwe is never an igbo man... He is a product of rape from an American house negro who visited the East and fall in love with a house girl.

Air Peace is lying...my experience with morning flight..there is no way check in could close 6.am, that means nobody make the flight considering the Lagos traffic ....Again there is no flight that could be 6.30am to Abuja ...it will be 7.am flight

I love this rebuttal from Air Peace to Joe Igbokwe. You cannot as a govt official, expect all protocols to be suspended because of you not keeping to time. Good one from Air Peace.

This is my fear with Nigerian Air should it materialize. Call me what you may but I see this attitude killing it early. Govt officials with numerous excorts preventing other passengers from accessing planes when due, praise singers waiting to receive them all, delaying standard protocols because they're around and doing padi padi things.
It happen with amechis wife who has her aids block an airpeace flight from taking off until she arrived. The aids even beat up ground staff. Same thing happened with Abuja kaduna train service when he and sports minister delayed the train cos they were late.

If you are booked on the first flight with airpeace, leave nothing to chance, they keep to time. Later in the day, you can safely assume at least 30 minutes delay. On first flight bookings, i leave the island as early as 4.30am and almost always the first to walk through check in by 5.30am before their staff even start attending to passengers. I usually print out my boarding pass and travel light.

Dont always expect rules to be changed for you when you are not El mustapha

If they wanted to block him they would have done it immediately he tried tarnishing their image a year ago.
Why would they do so now,a year after an incident that didn't even have a bearing on their passenger traffic?
This Igbokwe is so shameless.
I am sure even non ethnic Yoruba tribesmen would find his conduct and utterances disgraceful.
No wonder they made him,a full grown man,an advisor and chief cleaner of Lagos gutters.
It's just like in the old days when they said "s hit carriers" had to do their business in the wee hours of the night to avoid being identified.
Igbokwe is just like that,a shameless, lying, ostracized, good for nothing than gutter cleaning a rse licker.

If aiurpeace wants to be a big Airline, they must learn how to make public statements without being emotive. just state the facts and move on. which one is all the questions and emotional language? Nigerian businesses do not understand the art of corporate communications, which is why many of them dont play internationally.

IMHO it was a very undignified press statement.

for instance

“How could we have blocked him for criticizing us for a event that happened a year ago? How could Air Peace have blocked him all of a sudden when, in fact, he has never ceased flying Air peace since the said event of Last year? We are still at loss as to the reason and motive behind the avalanche of attacks on this Airline by this same man at every given turn.

Should have simply stated:

"Mr Igbokwe has not been blocked by our Airline and has in fact traveled with us on many occasions without hinderance since the said incident" end of story

and

“As a government official, we expected that Mr. Joe Igbokwe should have known better than he did by using the social media to defame an Airline, especially in an era that the government is trying to sanitize the social media space.....

Should not have been included but if they felt a neeed to then they could have stated:

"Airpeace has utmost respect for public officials serving the country, just as We are certain Mr Igbokwe is aware of that we at Airpeace are trying to make our impact in the private sector by providing jobs and addressing the infrastructural deficit in the aviation industry"

No need for this agbero, market woman, bolekaja communications

The demented man called Igbokwe should be more concerned that the Nigeria Air logo his party sold to us could not even crash land.
He should go and be flying that fake logo.

BTW what happened to his fingers and SM accounts when this shameless govt of his could not do what Air Peace did by lifting our stranded brothers in SA back home?

When Joe Igbokwe photoshopped our runaway former minister of finance into nysc khaki was when the devil gave up on him.

Where is the 'human face' in governance?

Woke up with strength and vigour this morning and was up to face today with all hopes and aspirations but was sad & almost started crying after watching this video.

I've been an advocate of leaders been strong at all time with will power to carry out leadership responsibilities. And that emotional leaders don't go far but certainly not this way.

In leadership and governance, there's a place for 'Human face' no matter the circumstances. Widows to the best of my knowledge are integral part of our society and if we don't apply human face when dealing with them, am afraid we are far from getting there as a people.

Two wrongs indeed can never make things right and as such, can't fathom why the Governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams A. O. will treat this widow like this and even tell her to go and die when she's struggling to provide food for her family. I think it would've been far better to make her pay a fine for her wrong doing than this humiliation.

The agony of the poor in our society......

if anything it makes me wary of flying them because it shows unprofessionalism. I was just wishing them well the other day, when i heard they ordered new planes. The airline industry is not one where you can entertain unprofessionalism, it's called a coffin industry for a reason...mistakes and unprofessionalism lead to death.

Furthermore, it's rather ironic, that an organisation caling itself Air PEACE whose chairman has just won acolades for his recent SA Airlift is engaging in bolekaja, motor park part spats with it's own customers.

Not impressed!!
