Amref Health Africa is the continent’s leading health development organisation , founded and headquartered in Kenya . Amref Health Africa began 60 years ago as the Flying Doctors of East Africa to provide critical medical assistance to remote communities in East Africa. Today, Amref Health Africa works with the most vulnerable African communities through its country programmes in Ethiopia, Kenya, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda, and its Southern and West Africa regional hubs

You don't do it by visiting non competitive country , why dont you visit TZ for rural elctrtricty access or ruwanda for nuclear technology or south africa for national service scheme . you do it with a successful country not the one you are better off.

When Ghana found oil, she didn't went to Nigeria to study how to manage the new fund wealth , she travvled all the way to Norway which is assumed to have the best practise in that sector . you learn from the best practise not the country you are better off.
Correct. Norway's Sovereign Trust Fund is the best in the world.

You like arguing. Tea for last year (we mean last financial year) was down nearly 20% thanks to trouble mostly in Pakistan & global oversupply.

SGR this year will transport about 5M - that is about half the cargo that TEMA PORT handles. That is only because we handle MSA-NBO. Once we complete Naivasha Dry Port - and we start sending 40% of cargo meant for Western kenya & Uganda & Sudan there - we are talking about 10M metric tonnes --- so we will easily hit 20M metric tonnes - and our SGR will be NOT ONLY PAY THE CHINESE BUT WILL BE PROFITABLE.

So kenya is not and will never be GHANA matter - if Nigeria is seeing dust - what about POOR GHANA.
naivasha dry port will be done by the end of next month
