Hello everyone.

I created this topic for those of us that have applied for this recruitment. I've looked up all other threads opened with this subject, but there's not much interaction there.

I would like us to use this as a medium to share information regarding this GAP recruitment process, as well as form a thread that future applicants can read through.

I think this Oando program is the first of it's kind, and Workforce Group is the one handling it.

Information like: if they change their questions, how different is the actual exams from what we have been seeing in the study pack and how one could possibly beat time.

A friend who passed workforce test last yr, left the quantitative and started with the last questions. They were easier.
That worked for him . I guess you just have to come up with a strategy

Some of the study packs contain graphs and charts but he wrote sterling bank workforce test and there was no chart, more of quantitative and data sufficiency. Calculators are not allowed

Workforce would finish their process in 2 weeks. They're efficient like anything.
