Guys please help me out. My corolla suddenly stops accelerating as if it has lost connection with the accelerator pedal. The engine does not stop running. My mechanic is at his wits end. Please help a brother out. Gazzuz and co. |

Go for a scan first, alot of things can cause it not to accelerate, faulty throttle body, faulty throttle pedal, loss of powers and grounds and much more variables. stitcheD: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Get an auto electrician. He should confirm connectivity btw the throttle body and the pedal. 1 Like 1 Share |

Simple ish. Check your throttle sensor. It may have been unplugged or broken. |
