Not saying the guy has ulterior motive but I won't send the front and the back of my DL and other personal detail to a third party who's not registered with a notable name coy.

My brother once told me he experienced where someone went to make colour photocopy of his documents and a photocopy of his DL was sold out to another for a purpose I can't tell.

Go to Opays Office and do your registration. The young man might be doing this to gain referral bonus which technically is not bad but... Believe me.... He's not working with Opay.
