Many rice mills springing up in north and east then transported to the west here
Same way north and east have cement plants but yorubas with the largest limestone deposit in west Africa doesn't have one cement company

Foreign rice is subsidised for export that's why it cheaper. Local rice is produced here 100%. So, if you buy local our farmers make more money and this will encourage more production. With increased production, prices will reduce. You're helping the economy when you buy local rice.
