My dear, and you believe Buhari? That's how politics is played around here. Buhari says something, he sends his henchmen to say something else. Then he tells us that because of the something else his henchmen said, he has to listen to them and change the first something he had said. Buhari is behind this all. He/APC is only testing the waters to see how Nigerians will receive it. Obj tried the same thing.
