Dear House, please who can recommend a good drug to increase sperm motility. A test showed Motility of 20%, sluggish of 30%and dead 50% on a 2ml sperm count. I used a drug called fertile aid for 3monthd but the result is still poor. Thank you.

Have you checked for infection? How good is the count and morphology? You can add count boost supplement too.

If fertileaid didnt work for you, try other form of supplements. I recommend addyzoa and coq10.

@kosibaby congrats. wishing you a healthy and happy nine months.

Fertilaid is usually combined with motility boost from the same company for better results, when sperm motility is an issue.

Addyzoa is the name, while coq10 is Coenzyme (ubiquinol). You can get the two in any big or reputable pharmacy. Addyzoa is sold between 3000-3500 naira for a pack of twenty capsules. You take one in the morning and one at night, but two capsules in the morning and night for severe cases. You can get Coq10 between 5000 to 10000 naira depending on the brand, mostly 60-120 capsules. You take 200mg a day. Since you are dealing with motility, you can also include n-acetylene cysteine. it is sold between 4000-7000 naira, also depending on the brand, containing about 60-120 capsules, you take 600mg a day, usually a capsule.
You can also get all of them online, Jumia or Konga. Wish you all the best.

Amen! Thanks so much .
I appreciate your advice.
Queen1010:

Yes, I had a similar experience. I met three different gynaecologists and they all told me, no need to take any drug for it, since I was not having any discharge. So it's very possible. But on my one, I took evergreen formula for women and it helped but it was not prescribed by any doctor.
The issue with high prolactin is that it prevents ovulation, it makes your brain think that you're breastfeeding, hence no ovulation.
it only becomes a problem if it affects your ovulation, do scan or ovulation prediction kit to know if you're ovulating, your hormonal profile should also indicate if you're ovulating or not. If you are ovulating normally don't worry yourself about the high prolactin. But if you are bothered speak to your gynaecologist about it, or take fertilaid or evergreen formula, either of them will help, vitex is also good. Relax your mind, it's not a problem to be worried about. Baby dust, you will share your bfp very soon, and everyone as well by God's grace.
