Mortgage it is called. You can literally buy a house within one year of migrating to better countries, financed by the bank. Once you have an employment contract, you don't need to have cash to do it.

He bought it through a mortgage. The money he was making monthly was towards a downpayment. My younger brother too wants to buy a house and he's saving up.

I doubt this house is in London. House prices there are crazy. He will only be able to buy a flat there and it won't be anything bigger than a 2bed if he's even fortunate.

What people dont understand is if u are in Uk and working u can get mortage loan which u will pay for many years or lose after defaulting.If the said my own house rent u can him whether is under mortage or is cash and carried which is not easy in UK
