grin U shouldn't have enlightened him. I had quoted him to read his history book.

I think it's crass when people who never read any history book jump online to spew their ignorance.

Correct guy.

Sango is a Divinity. Sango lived amongst us as Emperor of a famous African civilisation.

Sango appears to the people of the Carribean Island as their hero and saviour during their struggles to oust aggresive forces from their domain.

The Haitians are adamant in their account of Sango appearing and fighting on their side; leading them to the victory that they achieved during their revolution against the ancient French warmongers.

Fulani herdsmen are the backbone of Nigeria's economy, without Fulani herdsmen, Nigerian economy will collapse like an epileptic patient.

We must learn to respect Fulani Fulani herdsmen in our Yoruba land because we the Omoluabis cannot fight them back, remember, we need their help to clinch the 2023 presidency, so we must tread with caution to avoid hurting them or making them get angry with us.

Omuluabis ties with Fulani date as far back as 1898, and no Igbo cry can end our lovely relationship with Fulanis

You want me to recite the full praise poetry "oriki" of Sango the god of fire, thunder, and lightning for you? You'd be shocked. Yoruba religion "Isese" is da bomb. It also has a kinship with Catholicism anyway.

oh, by the way, I know you aren't a female and I also know you aren't from the north. but it's ok. we'll keep up the pretense. wink

“They were sold by their own brothers and sisters...”

Don’t be silly. It’s ignorance and you are not to be blamed really. This is a distorting narrative introduced by the colonialists in order to remove themselves from the terrible event that was the transatlantic slavery. Like it would happen in several decades or centuries from today; that the neo-colonial invasion and murder of millions in the Middle East was caused by the Iraqis, the Libyans and the Syrians themselves.

I understand. The slave trade was genocide and understandably no sane person would want to associate himself/herself with instigating let alone participating in Genocide. Today German Historians are doing their bit to blame the indigenous people of Namibia that it is their fault that the Herero and Nama genocide occurred— the fault of the victims and not the genocidists.

In a few decades from today, the Iraqis and Libyans would be told, “you were not invaded. We came on mutual terms and agreement with Saddam and Ghaddafi...”. Yes we killed millions but we were invited to kill. It is not our fault. Smh. Such ridiculousness is the only option for colonialists.

History, has an ironical way of repeating itself.
