A faulty Traffic light giving confusing signals to motorists has been spotted in Abuja. It is located at 1st Avenue Gwarinpa, near drumsticks junction, Abuja. From the video, the lights switch from “Stop” to “go” in quick succession. Recall that in 18 months, between January 2016 and June 2017 alone, 430 persons was killed in road accidents in Abuja, the nation’s capital. Investigation by the ICIR, reveals that at least 50 percent of the crashes were caused by non-functional traffic signals.
