I think it's local. If it's your first dog you need to know that dogs need to give care. I have a dog. When I took it, I did not think that I should walk with her in the morning and the evening. To take a walk with her in the morning, I always set a 25 minute timer stopwatch, not more. Since walking in the morning is very difficult for me.
