my brother many of the African American males they get with are very irresponsible. You can't blame their women for not keeping them. It's as a result of a broken family foundation traced from their slavery past. I don't think Africans bred in Africa are really qualified to talk about this -- my personal opinion.

charlesemeka85:
It's always the fault of their baby fathers according to them.

You will see an african American woman with 4 kids from 4 different fathers and she still blames and curse these men for her woes and hardship.

How on earth will you dream to hv a good man when u weren't able to keep any of the previous 4?

Weren't they first Africans? if we were actually the ones sold to slavery, you would still find a good proportion of us acting like they are doing today.
A strong will power is a gift that many don't possess.

charlesemeka85:
I pity them too but the ambitious ones strive to make something out of their lives rather than blaming the system everyday.

What gladdens the heart of your oppressor is seeing you crying and wailing always but success makes them hide their face in shame.

With the way the American system is any ambitious human on earth will make a decent living

Even the Bible made reference to women being submissive, respectful and caring to their husbands while the husband as the head of the house, provides, love and protects her

Bros, he is not anything like Aribo. To understand Etebor playing style better we need to go back to Warri Wolves where he started off under guess who....Aigbogun. Etebor development took a different trajectory because of misuse of his of his style. Etebor is basically one of those players that has a little bit of this and that and it takes a very meticulous tactician to use him appropriately.
In actuality, the best way to describe him is a forward player....but if you ask me where to fit him I will say just behind the striker. It will amount to waste of time to keep playing him as a midfielder because you are basically limiting his potential....he is a born scorer. I no no wetin to talk again
I know he is a versatile player... I've been saying this all this while.
He is similar to Aribo because I think his best role is as a b2b midfielder who can do a bit of everything. That was where he played at at the Olympics.
I wouldn't play him as a 10 tbh. He needs space to do his thing.
Box to Box CM aka goal scoring mid is his best role as he has the stamina to go up and down the pitch just like Aribo.

Jesus. this world is turning to something else

No wonder my 50+ yr old uncle in the USA still asks my grandma to look for a good Nigerian girl for him back home. He has spent more than 20yrs in the USA and his eyes must have seen things. Even my grandma warns us not to think of marrying Americans. They tend not to have stable homes. Divorce rates there are something else
Your uncle is not looking well enough. I have Uncles and Aunties that are married to black Americans and life has been good. Two of my oldest cousins are married to AAs too and they wish they had gotten married earlier instead of following this "oh go back to Nigeria and look for a fine Igbo girl" or whatever.
People keep talking about Black American women that have kids out of wedlock yet don't talk of how many of them do/did so with Nigerians/African/carribean men.
Some naija men will knock these ladies up and as soon as green card runs click they'll leave them to be single mothers... Yet some of you guys think it's cool to be making lazy stereotypes about them... This our fake "holiness" is one of the most disgusting things I hate about us Nigerians.

Yep. Writer gets it. Funny how we never talk about the sections of our forefathers who sold their(black American/British/Caribbean) ancestors to white folks for mirrors and shit.
It's to make ridiculous generalizations about them while we are in a terrible country we know. Sha they've started pushing back...

They have been beat down all their lives, they are like that because society made them like that.

Africans from here did not have to face racism like them, they did not come into this world without a sense of self. Any time you call Emeka or Yomi that has been living in America all his life and ask him to point to his village, he will show you, can Marcus do same?

When you bring a child that grew up with both parents and you bring one from a broken home, you can tell the difference.

If you know anything about freewillists and determinants, you would not blame the woes of Black Americans all on them. They have been mind-phucked, just like South Africans. Many years of oppression has them feeling and acting worthless.

I wish I could show you one thread on this site, where one guy aptly explained why African-Americans are the way they are, but it was such an in-depth analysis.

Just be grateful you were born in Africa and you know your roots, you are grounded. Those African Americans no get ground at all, they are like fugitives without a sense of identity.
leave us out of it

Lille is not poor

Ajax is the best team in that group

Lille are expected to be eliminated, as they are not close to chelsea, valencia or akax
it's not my first time watching their match even against minors. They are piss poor and a very unambitious team. Not even one chance was crrated for Victor Osimhen in the whole duration. The poor boy was busy hustling and even when he sets up his team mates, they waste it. They hold on to ball foolishly and can't even read simple moves. Lile is a very poor team, that's my submission!

thank you, Joebie.

So many Nigerian men want to be worshipped by their women, but don't want to worship their women.

They keep talking of what a woman should do, but have conveniently left out the man's part. Just yesterday, I read a thread by a divorce lawyer in Nigeria, a man at that, and he came to the conclusion that women in Nigeria are going through hell, disguised as marriage.

Nigerian men are scared of feminism because it means women have started having sense to call them out on their BS, it means more women are crawling out of abusive homes. It means they can't step all over their wives like their fathers stepped all over their mothers. The idea that women have rights at all, even less equal ones, disturbs them greatly. They will come here and tell you those aren't their fears and base it all on culture and tradition; a tradition that demeans women and treats them as lesser beings, especially the Igbo ones. Tradition that cut daughters off their fathers inheritance on the excuse that they will take it to their husband's house, as if on the average, women are not more likely to take care of aged parents than men.

But it is not the fault of the men, you cannot give what you don't have. It is society that made us all the way we are, and it is the same society that we mustt reconstruct. Change is constant and even cultures and traditions are subject to change. The inheritance law has been struck out and there will be more to come with time. We move

Good morning smiley

Madam racism is everywhere, I ddo experience it here in Europe almost everyday but that doesn't stop be from striving and working hard to have a good life.

Those folks are too dramatic and plays the victim always. Majority of them hate going to school than any other thing and finds it difficult to keep a job.

An average beautiful African American girl prefer stripping in night clubs or becoming a music video vixen than to go to school.

Black Americans don't hate going to school pls, ur talking as if schooling is free in America. Education in America is among the most expensive on earth..

Pls don't ever compare European and U.S racism, in the U.S racism is institutionalized, just like it is in South Africa. The whites own over 90% of the wealth in America while the black Americans own 2%, that's the height if poverty. And guess what, the black Americans owned 1% of American wealth in 1776.

Do you know it was in recent memory that black Americans were to start voting or contesting in elections in the U.S?

The whites in America are doing everything possible to hold down the blacks. Blacks are well known to be hard workers worldwide and the ones in America aren't an exception. Immediately the sports sector was opened up to blacks in America, they took over every single sports in America n started breaking ALL existing records. Immediately the entertainment industry was opened up for the blacks, they took over the music industry 100%. The day the whites will stop holding blacks down, the blacks will easily conquer them in all spheres of life and rule over them.

Over 400 years of American slavery destroyed bkack Americans. Same black slaves in europe are doing very very very very well today...that shows u that the blacks in America are facing a fundamental problem/challenge.

I'm not sure tbh. I think you approach the team in question and then discuss with the owners (usually the State gov). I can try to do some research if no one knows how it works.

Generalization is part of human nature to an extent.

I don't go out enough times to meet a lot of people, and the things I see cause me to be cautious and reserved. I don't doubt there are amazing people out there, I just don't feel confident enough that I will ever find these people.
