Tell him to get strong antibiotic. Something equal to "lincocin upjohn" I experience something similar to this some years back but it didn't get this worst before I started taking lincocin( I learnt lincocin is not on sale again). On of my legs swell up and at a point cracks and water was coming out of the openings. I almost rushed to my mum in the village before someone suggested I took Lincocin

Do pus microscopy, culture and sensitive (MCS) test,skin snip test, then take recommended antibiotics or antifungal/antiviral agents.
2.Bath the affected limb with warm saline water.
3.keep the affected limb dry,and avoid scratching it. I could have recommended 3G cream for u with oral fluconazole capsules for u,pending the outcome of ur MCS results.
4.improve ur hygiene and diet.
5. Try and see a specialist to rule out Kaposi sarcoma, and more so, know your HIV status.

That was were I took my momma, when she was struck with it.

Then took her to Eku, in Delta state for the antidote.
