Exactly. I always pull whatever that am wearing - heel or not, I prefer using my bare feet. It makes me feel and able to have total control of the pedals.

Barefoot does it for me. I hate anything obstructing my feet.
I've even tried with flats but kolework. Maybe in a saner society but people drive like humans, i can try using a footwear. Lagos driving is scary.

I can't call myself an expert driver yet. Started driving just few years ago but i rarely go out

I drive with barefoot cos it's so comfortable.

I don't feel the brake with shoes, maybe because I didn't learn how to drive with them and Lagos is a crazy place.

One day i tried just driving into my compound with shoes on, I didn't find it funny not to talk of high heels abeg.

Lol, there was a day I was rushing off work and forgot to change into my everyday shoes....my workplace then was kinda in the outskirts of the town so I had to drive on the highway for a while. I just noticed I was driving past the few cars I met on the road and was getting crazy stares. It was until a driver threw cuss words at me that I eventually figured out I was driving with my safety boots (steel toed boots)....omo, I no even feel am as I dey squeeze the gas pedal

It’s potentially dangerous. Ur heels can get in the way or get stuck and cause a major problem Unless are hv been able to adjust ur leg position to the right levels.
