I got married in 2015, and started trying since then. After trying for a while, I decided to seek medical help and I was diagnosed with high prolactine and estrogen and low progesterone. I noticed I spot some days to af. As a result of the high estrogen I had an overly thickened endomentrial lining.
Along the line, I went for hsg and the result showed bilateral tubal blockage. After several attempts to the glory of GOD the tubes were opened.
On my hubby part, he had low sperm count and low motility. He took several treatment and his sperm increased to 17million and still low motility. Was planning to buy fertilsan m, but decided to try addyzoa and coq10 and the sperm jumped to 40million, but the motility was still low.
Then, another problem propped up, non-liquefaction. We tried all sorts but the sperm would not liquefy.
The last time we saw a gynaecologist was in 2017, in Abuja, we moved to Lagos last year, so we decided to look for a gynaecologist in Lagos when we have tried on our own for a while, we decided to wait till our fourth year wedding anniversary.
I was also diagnosed with nabothian cysts and parametritis, I contacted @Mojisolani and she gave me some tips to treat the cysts and some advice. GOD bless her for me.
On the month of our fourth year wedding anniversary, I made enquiry about IVF and IUI, because I had lost all hopes.
On August I started everyday midnight prayer and stopped making request, I also told my husband same and he complied.
My af was to show on our wedding anniversary, but it refused to show, I waved it aside, called a gynaecologist and booked for an appointment. Four days later, we went to see the doctor despite my missing af. I was too hopeless to expect anything, and I refused to test.
We paid 15000 just for consultation alone, and the doctor said we would start all over again. I should inform him as soon as af showed. To the glory of ALMIGHTY GOD, the af refused to show till nine months time in JESUS name.
When we told the doctor, he was shocked, he said we should do blood test and send the result to him on whatsapp, seems he was in doubt.
It was the cycle I didn't do anything, because I was tired and we have left everything, since we would be seeing a gynaecologist unlike previous cycles that I spent a lot of money on one treatment or the other.
GOD Who surprise us, and saved us from starting all over again is indeed alive.
Sometimes in September my mom, told me she prayed for me and GOD said HE would do it before I come to Abuja for my project defense and I laughed, because I have lost all hopes and I was not even seeing a doctor. That was one of the reasons I finally saw a gynaecologist to help fulfil the word of GOD. But can a man help GOD? The gynaecologist didn't even give us a single treatment. GOD showed HIS power that only him gives children. To HIM be all the glory.

When I went for my HSG, the sonographer couldn't fix the instrument to pass the dye and I heard her saying cervical stenosis, so my HSG was done by catheterization method, but cervical stenosis was not written on my result.
When I mentioned the cervical stenosis to my doctor he said that it doesn't affect conception, that I shouldn't bother myself about it.

My dear the cervical stenosis affect conception. U need to goggle well. The doctor said he will have to open my wife own, that the hole is very small and prevent free flow of spem.

Pls mother's can I request for surgery myself ? Have gone for appointment like three times but I don't get satisfy with how they handle my case as a patient. last week appointment was just told to do Pcv and told to bring it today.
After four hours of waiting, the Gyn collected the result and said I have to come next week for the actual Gyn that will handle my case. She said she is not the one assign for me, this is base on the name on my folder any way. So please mother who uses general hospital , is this how things operate? or I should tell them myself I want surgery . My last pelvic Scan advice me to remove the Fibroids , but it seem the Gyn are not talking about it, even though I told them the crisis that brought about this decision.
Here is my scan report
A grossly bulky and non gravid uterus measuring 129mm in AP diameter, with heterogeneous myometrial echopattern.
Huge hypoechoic masses measuring
109mm X 98.2mm
81.2mm X 83.8mm X 70mm are noted occuping the ( Fundal, mid uterine segments )and the cervical segment respectively.
The masses appear beyond the screen field of view. Etc

With the above, should I just be little bit patient or what the way forward mother's and father in the house?

Most times, they missed me with pregnant women, I have to tell them am for Gyn, so you can imagine how big the stomach look physically.

We've been following the issue with serious prayers since but seeing this recent result made me hopeless. As for the fruits, he loves fruits so much and he eats them a lot especially bananas. I do make fruit juice at times for both of us.
I've read many good reviews on evergreen formula but i don't know if it has motility boost like fertilaid

Tripletwins222 : Hmmmmmn, this result isn't bad o. The minimum sperm count needed for pregnancy to occur is between 15m and 20m. Your DH has 25M! His morphology is fine too. It is just the motility that needs to be worked on. Please mama, dont give up. What if I tell you some of us are still praying for our DH's sperm to even be up to the minimum count required. Hmmmmmn!

My mamas and papas here, God has not given up on us. He will do that which He will do and no man will be able to share in His glory. Would we appreciate that our thorns still have beautiful roses or complain that our Roses have thorns (Today's Preaching in my church)? I'd choose the former. Grate ginger and boil for 5 mins, when you are about to bring down from the fire add the grated garlic, allow to cool then add honey. sadly im still in the journey of trying to conceive . i tried again just last month after 3months of hubby treatinf infection and trying to boost sperm count to become 62million with 40% normal form and 60%abnormal form, 40% motile 30% sluggish and 30% dead...was hoping to get a bfp with that.. but its another cycle starting today... im still hopeful

Saying nothing meaningful then than contraceptive pills , wait and watch etc which works for some people but never worked for me. Mine were cysts though. General hospital too. I guess since they aren't really after your money, they don't want to push you to surgery. When I requested for it, it was as if the gynae had been waiting for me to mention it. He swung into action and booked a date for me for surgery. Went in and came out fine, better and free by His grace. Today, belle don enter. God will do same for you.

dont use it with any other drugs. Only evergreen formula. Mine was 9.5million but to the glory of God my wife is in her 25wks. So pls dont give up

Minimum sperm count needed for pregnancy is between 15 - 20 Million. (You have 20M!, not bad)
Morphology - Should be at least 4% normal. You have 85% normal sperm cells (Good!)
Motility should be minimum of 32%. You scored 50% here. (Good).
Minimum volume should be 1.5 or 2ml. You produced 1ml (could be worked on).

In general, it is not a bad SFA. You can up your numbers by taking men's prenatal. Also, it might just be that you need to DTD more with wifey, since you are not always together. Even doctors advise to meet as a couple at least 3 times in a week or every other day.
