Ndigbo have made it clear that:

IPOB don't represent the views and aspirations of our people. They were not elected by anyone in Igboland and therefore acted alone.
The official mouthpiece of the Igbo people are the Ohaneze Ndigbo, SE Governors forum, Ohaneze Youth, Aka Ikenga, IYC, IEF, Council of Obi's/Eze's, Igbo Women Leaders, Igbo Traders Union, Igbo members in the Senate and House of Representative, Nzuko Igbo, IWC representing diasporan Igbos, and other regional socio-cultural groups in Igbo areas of the SE/SS/MB.

As far as Ndigbo are concerned, IPOB are a separatist group, headed by some miscreants. The leadership of this group are domiciled overseas while the local footsoldiers are illiterates and never do wells hustling in their respective localities.

The recent killings of police men at Oraifite the hometown of Barr Ejiofor ( Kanu's Lawyer) was never the handiwork of innocent and law abiding Igbo villagers. The troublemakers know themselves and the police should not hesitate to bring them to book.

The general public, police, army and other law enforcement agencies should take note!

Million dollar questions.

They will chesbeat, grandstand and cheer Igbos rebellious terrorist actions openly (such as killing and burning innocent security officials), only to start trying to hide behind their finger when they sense sh1t is about to hit the fan.

I wonder if they think the rest of the country is as gullible as the average ipob member. If you want to condemn and disown Ipob, do it boldly and convincingly instead of this lukewarm disassociation that nobody is fooled by.

You don't speak for Igbos, and the worthlessness of your points is best accentuated by your cowardly tendencies. The acts of thuggery and other extra-judicial acts that border on sheer abuse of authority by security misfits in uniform who call themselves the Nigerian army/police in various parts of Nigeria are facts that are very well known, and vastly documented. So let's not grandstand here with half-truths because you want to pander to some stupid political correctness... I say FUCCK that! you can't keep killing people for exercising their fundamental human rights and not expect a section of the aggrieved masses to fight back. As for your rants about Igbos not been part of whatever went down between Ipob and the Police, I can only say you are just an idiot if you think the whole Ipob burning police officers story (which we don't even know how true it is) is a perfect cover story for the misfits in uniform to attack the SE and cause unrest again.. no be Naija again? It's already December period when lots of Igbos worldwide will be returning home to celebrate the yuletide... perfect time for the security apparati to extort and intimidate innocent people in the East.

Bloody nonentities.

I dont think IPOB has ever claimed to speak for Igbos, what they agitate for is that Igbos be given a referendum so that they can speak for themselves.

As much as I condemn any acts of killing as life is precious, where are people like you when thousands of unarmed IPOB are murdered just for exercising their constitutional right to protest?

Do you you speak up like this when they are killed, arrested, clamped into detention, made to lay down in muddy water and beaten?

Is the life and dignity of someone in uniform more precious than the one not in uniform?

I advice that you keep your judgement until you hear both sides of the story

Is this post act of cowardice or what, perhaps coming from someone in Ogbomosho cave. IPOB have remained a non violent organisation even in the face of all provocation by the marauding Nigeria uniform men. Use another format your divide and rule tendencies are already crippled.

So a faceless forum now represents the views of Ndigbo. Maybe we should now accept that OPC represents the views of the Yoruba's or that Miyetti Allah represents the Fulani, or let's even go further to accept that Boko Haram are the mouthpiece of the Kanuri's.
You all become hypocrites when it involves Igbo but you keep mute when other far more violent ethnic militias do harm to the country.
As I rightly stated, nobody in Igboland elected IPOB as our representatives. If they feel they want to lead the Igbo nation then should form a political party and win majority seats in all eastern states, that is when we'll recognize them. But for now Igbo leaders are not in hiding. They've made our opinions clear in different fora which includes the SNC and House of Assembly.

Police brutality is well recorded in this country and no Nigerian in their rightful sense will ever support the law enforcement agencies against civilians.
I don't support Police brutality and won't support IPOB on this one also because I'm aware of their nuisance in the east. The Police on their part acted unprofessionally. Everyone should accept their own share of blames.

IPOB just like other groups are in their right to agitate for what they feel affects them. So far it is confined within the law. But when they go about it violently then you can call for their head.
Remind me the last time you criticized the herdsmen? Then if so you've no moral right to criticize IPOB.
And for your information the Igbo Governor have never supported the activities of IPOB, but it will be foolhardy for them to begin to listen to your likes who never criticize Miyetti Allah.

Most of the agitations of IPOB are in consonance with that of Igbos and Eastern minority. Why should the police kill unarmed civilians unprovoked even for flimsy excuses. Why go and disrupt a peaceful community just because of when it is absolutely necessary.

The Police acted unprofessionally. I don't know the circumstances that led to them killing the 4 civilians. I don't support the police.
I don't also support IPOB on this matter. Those who were killed shielding Nnamdi Kanu's lawyer knew the risk doing so.
If the police stormed the venue for the arrest of Barr Ejiofor, all IPOB members could have done was simply escort the police to wherever they were taking him to.

I have always condem some action of IPOB but time will come when no igbo will be against them even those called politician. Nigeria (Hausa and Yoruba) always unite against igbo for fear of dominant knowing full well that igbo have potential to make Nig great, igbos they criticizing today are more Nigeria than every other tribe in this country. When Nigeria where in trouble Obasanjo called OKONJO IWALA and her effort seen Nigeria debt forgiven what was her reward media corruption against her that no charges ever, or its about SOLUDO who after sanitizing Nigeria BANK industry you never heard of any BANK closure in Nigeria not to talk about DORA AKUYIRI, Onyema and others but what did they get in return hatred, evil etc. No good road no rail no Airport and we said we are one Nigeria. I must tell you without micing of word that IPOB speak the mind of IGBOS in General let the heaven fall.
