Funds are needed urgently for my sibling to undergo a critical surgery abroad, I don't know any other way to go, I do hope I can have a useful organ that i can flip for cash that won't threaten my own existence.

There's an international list for organ donors but they only take from dead volunteers.....I would suggest you look for other means outside selling your organs.....

definitely not, but what can one do? When you watch your loved one suffer and can't do a thing. If I had assets worth selling, I wouldn't be talking about this.
