You are all fooling yourself. A former governor in jail in Nigeria. These individuals are either somewhere in Nigeria under house arrest or have quietly sneaked out of Nigeria with people thinking they are in jail. Even ordinary citizen criminals are let off and replaced by innocent victims. The level of corruption in Nigeria is beyond what any word in a dictionary can describe.
