You should judge using the army... This Naf soldiers are special forces, so the use of good modern weaponry is not unusual...
Even the N.A spec ops use modem weapon like the beryL
But our regular army on the other hand .. still maintain it traditional AK- let say cuz the personnel are too many to make a radical change in weapons choice.

it will cost alot to modernize the entire nigerian army....

but specialists are springin up from everywhere....

There's none, all those missiles were detonated some years ago. All missile launchers are off all the serviceable crafts.
