60% of customers meter are on tamper, most customers by-passed there Prepaid meter so how do u want Discos to survive? Am a Meter Engineer with AEDC and am talking from experience
There are fraudsters in banks, criminals in the society, traffic offenders, murderers and people who bypass meters.

Its the responsibility of the authorities to fish out those who bypass meters, arrest and prosecute them.

Are you saying that if you have a bank and your staff are defrauding you that you will just fold your arms and complain that you are being defrauded and allow them to get away with it?

Thank you. That's what I am saying. 24hrs electricity monthly should be affordable for whatever the minimum wage is for any country.
