I did.
But I've still not heard from them.

My best bet is, if we don't hear from them by December, it would be safe to focus on other ones.

Oando probably taking their time to screen the applicants, much fewer people than Sterling will be invited

I am of this opinion too, cos they listed specific requirements and as we all know even people who don't meet such will still apply.

So they will need time to screen and select only few that meet such. Definitely would be a rigorous selection process.

I just hope they are fair in the selection.
From the look of things, we may be hearing from them by early January.

I'm not sure though.

I think the only specifications listed were completed NYSC, not more than 26 years and course of study.

I just hope they don't use SSCE results to screen, like they used to in previous recruitments.

Also, some people actually met the exact recruitment criteria that was listed by Sterling bank, yet they didn't get invites to do the test.

Not even a regret mail.

Except there was another criteria we're not aware of that was used in the screening. I don't know.

There was also a request for cover letters to be typed in, I think all these will be taken into consideration

Someone told me they were almost through with the recruitment stage, though I didn't hear back from them. It's takes about 8 to 12 weeks to get a regret mail from them if one isn't selected, so soon enough we'll know

They usually favour finance and mechanical courses for Total Young Graduate Program (total downstream)
