The book of Ecclesiastes is not a book of rules but lamentations by King Solomon.In the Book, God tries to express what Humans often ponder about . Almost every person who ever lived must have thought about those things. The book expresses the vanity of this physical life and the vulnerability of man .
Solomon was only expressing his,and i suspect popular opinion on what seemed like the ultimate reality at the time that the dead know nothing at all .You just can't base your entire belief on a single opinion expressed. Even though humans have always suspected that there's an afterlife,most weren't always sure. Jesus christ clarified the fact there's an afterlife and even today there are numerous scientific evidence to back it up .
In the book of John "And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven." there 's a difference between facts and personal opinions.I only believe in what Jesus said and taught ,rarely disciple opinions. Paul and peter wrote numerous letters and had a lot of opinions based on their reasoning at the time .
In the book of Job, God expresses the ups and downs of a human life.

He is most likely a J.W. That's the best part that they usually quote to try and trump out the words of Jesus in the New Convenant.

Bonnke from Germany followed the call of God for a remote continent like Africa.But most of Our Africa pastors only get call to move to Cities and then develop countries. At the end Bonnke gain souls, But ours gain wealth

He is preaching Jesus but most of our pastors are preaching their church and money.

Bonkes crusade is always open air crusade.

I am touched by the overwhelming support for this man shown on the thread.
I am not familiar with him..will look him up though.
Seems as though he was one of God's humble servants, who plainly preached the gospel with simplicity.
May he rest peacefully and his family be comforted.

Reinhard Bonke brought true Pentecostal Christianity to Nigeria. I believe many of us got saved directly or indirectly through his evangelism.
Well Done good and faithful servant. You have run the race and now you are home. The angels stand still to receive you. The joy in dying in Christ. Victory!

Mixed feelings....

I remember how we would all trek to the crusade ground with our torchlight and mat (for us kids to sit) singing/shouting "he he"

A great General of faith as depart this sinful world, what a great lost, Reinhard bonnke though i never come across you, but your book "NOW THAT YOU ARE SAVE" emanate the revelation of the name for my ministry,[CFAC ministry], after reading your book in 2014 i saw the name of your ministry (CFAN) at the covered page of the book which inspired me to to name mine (CFAC ministry) i remove the N(Nation) and i put C(Creation). Man of God i strongly believe that you never die here on earth because your work will live forever, rest in peace at the bossom of our Lord Jesus, till we meet to path no more, what baffles me so much is can we still see a man of your type? i felt so sad since yesterday, after hearing your exit, baba we have never met one on one, but you have planted a seed and i will make sure this seed perish not, i will grow it and make it bring more fruit and more seed.

God rest his soul. I was a witness in one of his numerous crusades when the blind saw,the deaf heard(people I personally knew),had a change of mind as regards miracles. May God grant the cfan family the fortitude to bear the loss.
