So I decided to give ielts one more shot just to max out but it was a disappointment, just checked my result.

Previous attempt- 8,7,7,7.5 LRWS (july 27th)
Current result- 8,7,7.5,9 LRWS (23rd November).

I leave it in Gods hand, it will end in praise. Congratulations to everyone who have scaled the huddle of ielts and to those that are yet to get the required score. Don’t give up.

PS: the above November result was my 9th attempt.

3 extra points isn't a waste dear .Every point counts in this journey .I think we should consider taking the French exam

Congratulations @NeneSisi!!!

I pray that you and yours find God's favour in your new home.

Please if you don't mind, can you share the correct format the CIC agent suggested you resend the Letter of Appeal email in?

Thanks a lot!

I worked as a warehouse manager at Ladipo for a coy tht import tyres from Germany and below were my roles when i was with them;

a)I plan and evaluate the operations of establishments that is engaged in wholesale and retail sales of tyres
b)I oversee operational logistics of the organization, establish work schedules and procedures (i plan the transportation of goods to our various outlets from the warehouse and also to customers who have ordered telling each driver where to go make delivery and also the quantity of goods to be delivered)
c)I respond to customer requests and queries
d)I oversee the hiring and retention of staff members at the warehouse
e)I also assign and review our secretary's work by issuing an error free receipt to customers
F)I determine goods and services to be sold at a particular price and create credit policies as we do give a reasonable level of credit purchase to our known customers

I dont know if i should go with NOC 1215 which is warehouse manager or stick to 0621 which is Retail and wholesale trade manager also im a single dad so would be filling the EE with my fiancee(not the mom of my child tho) so i dont know what evidence we will need to present to prove we are actually common law partners...

A new part it is! Started following this thread since Part 7. Most of the participants then have gotten their PPRs or about getting theirs soonest.

I started preparing for my IELTS and began the processing of my ECA in Part 8. Even as my getting PPR is practically unlikely in this part 9, I am booking this Part for my IELTS success story, ECA Report, my ITA and subsequent AOR.
IELTS✓ CLB10
ECA✓ Done with PEBC. Report retrieved days ago.

Currently among those that look forward to draw soup (as Eraytee calls it) every fortnight Wednesdays.

A point of note to those carrying out their evaluation with PEBC, when you get the mail from them, just have it in mind that your ECA should be ready a month after that. The representative from PEBC told me that my Report should be expected two months from the date of the mail. After waiting for the two months and thereafter contacting them, I was told that it had been completed a month ago and sent to NIPOST. NIPOST just sat on it all those weeks instead of delivering it.

So a month after you get your confirmation mail, ensure you enquire from them about the stage and request the tracking number in the case that it has been sent down.

Oh! I can understand.
Eraytee:
thanks a lot for your suggestion, I dont reside in Nigeria and where I am french class is far from it, I reside in a non-english speaking country. I have a very tight schedule as regards my academic pursuit (am a Phd student), learning french would have been an easy option for me if am in Nigeria. I hope you understand my point.

We are indeed blessed, no lies. I am super grateful to the Almighty who looked favourably on us. I also used the feedback form to thank the CPC and our Case Officer for their kind gesture.

Hello everyone. Please I need advise on my Noc. I was formally a funds transfer officer in a Bank but was recently made head of operations (3 months ago). Am I suppose to change my Noc on my Ee profile to reflect my current job responsibilities?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Jaybye: 7:11am On Dec 08, 2019
Any attempt to alter the NOC of a submitted EE profile will most likely render it ineligible (as that's what happens in most cases)! I'll advise you live it the way it is and update IRCC about the change in your job role through a web form post-ITA since the job is still a current one.
All the best!

URGENT!!!

Hello house, a friend has just received a letter from Ontario to challenge the exam for her trade that she practices here in Nigeria (under skilled trade). Pls how will she go about it?, what kind of visa will she apply for?, what are the documents she needs to submit to the embassy, if she passes the exam, what's next?, and if no what's the way out. She fears the exam might be tough.

PLEASE ASSIST!!!

IELTS victory at last!!! I started studying for Ielts earlier this year but didn’t sit for an exam till middle of the year
First (MOD) June LRWS 8,8.5,6.5,7 remark came back unchanged
Second(MOD) oct LRSW 8.5,8,6.5,7 Applied for EOR but speaking alone was upgraded to 7.5

This time around I had to look for a tutor to coach me on my writing, after checking here I saw so many post from people that were taught by @Johnnybravo. He coached me for 9 days after contacting him and I’m so glad i made the decision to get a tutor, it was worth it at the end.

Third (bc) nov LRSW 8.5,8.5,7,7

Please, what date did u write the exams and where? I wrote on the 23rd of November in PH but I am yet to get my result

Saw my Nov 23rd result today...LRWS - 6.5,8,7,7...Though some people will feel like why is this guy sharing testimony since i haven't gotten the desired score. For my Listening , the result was quite expected cos i knew i lost focus during the exam which was caused by my being overconfident prior to the exam having passed with 8.5 and 8.0 in previous attempt so i didn't really practise much as my focus was on writing.

However, one thing i will take from this result is that i got my writing and now am so confident that i can never fail that module again(subject to practise ooo lol). I really need to give kudos to @blissnenye. She is a great tutor, very patient and has empathy. In fact during my first two session with her, i already had the confidence that am going to pass the writing module as she was straight to the point and her teaching methods are easy to understand.

My advise is that for those having issues with writing feel free to contact her and you will have no regret. While at that, please pay equal attention to other modules.

In all, there is no giving up on this journey. Hence, we go again. There will surely be light at the end of the tunnel.

Please, where did u write and when? I am yet to receive my result. I wrote on the 23rd of novber in PH

For most people, it's either the BCS' Certificate in IT or CIMA. But since you mentioned an IT diploma in Unilag, you might wanna do the BCS exam (as it seems you have an interest in IT already). Next exam is in March, result will be out June/July. And the perk? I believe your evaluation will be faster than if you had decided to do Unilag's course.
