I'm not talking geography. I've already affirmed that as far as geography is concerned you are correct. However with geo politics this does not apply.

Morocco is in North Africa yet Ecowas has in principle approved Morocco's membership application despite the country being in North Africa.

Ecowas is a geopolitical body with economic focus just as NATO is a geopolitical body with defence as its focus.

These examples u gave do not correlate with the major topic. Ecowas is nothing but an organization, though formed and made up of people from West Africa, hence can be joined by anybody who meets their terms and conditions. Morrocco joining Ecowas doesn't make them West Africans. Remember this isn't an ethnic discourse where u could say bkus Anambra is GeoPOLITICALLY ceaded to maybe the South West doesn't make dem to cease being from the Igbo tribe, since the Odua tribe constitutes the South West.

I remember, he called for the invite of unproven players that had done nothing at that point.

Imagine someone calling for Olowu and Miguel Azeez to be invited to the super eagles now. But who knows, they might be options in a few years time.

Was Iwobi proven as at the time he was invited to the national team? Yes or no? No long story.

Bro I agree with you that geopolitics should align with geography but I say again it need not be so.

Look beyond the examples and see the principle: man creates his own fictions or fabrications.

Like I said before south south is a fiction of geo politics in Nigeria. Is that not so? It's in our political discourse is that not so?

Whether the fiction aligns with geography does not change the fact that it exists in our consciousness. It's just like a lie which can exists as truth in a person's mind. That's my main point.

I think your main grouse is that since it does not align with geography, this South South thing is a lie but do note that lies do exist. Even today the lie that the earth is flat is stoutly being promoted by organized groups because they feel its the truth.

OptaJoe STATS

8 - Leicester City have now won their last eight Premier League games in a row – their best-ever winning run in their top-flight history. Classy. #AVLLEI

8 - @SheffieldUnited are unbeaten away from home this season, their longest run without defeat from the start of a top-flight season since 1899-1900 (10 games); they are the first promoted side to remain unbeaten in their opening 8 away PL games since Blackburn in 92-93. Steely.

4 - Kelechi Iheanacho has scored in all four appearances for Leicester City this season, netting four goals - as many as he'd scored in his previous 42 matches for the club. Spark.

0 - Watford are the only Premier League side still without a home win this season (P7 - D3 L4). Only once have the Hornets gone eight home games from the start of a league season without a win (9 in 1990-91 in the second tier). Struggling.

Legality of Kratom Tea
December 8, 201902

Kratom is a tropical plant that has been regarded as herbal supplement by many. It is part of the coffee family and can be found in the United States in different forms such as capsules, gum, liquids, powder and dried leaves which can be ingested as kratom tea.

Kratom is at the center of the world controversy whether it should be legalized or banned simply because it is yet to be understood and that it produces opiate-like effects to the user’s body. Kratom tea is easy to make but before you take a cup in the morning as you head to work or school, this article will take you through its legality in the U.S.

The legality of Kratom

The legality of kratom is a gray area in the U.S. Basically, it is a legal drug internationally but due to its ability to produce opiate-like side effects, it has been federally banned by most countries and hence cannot be possessed, purchased and consumed in whatever form. Kratom powder is used to make kratom tea through simmering and if the powder is banned, then kratom tea is also illegal.

Due to the availability of State level and Federal legal systems, United States has a more complicated legal system than other countries. Also, various enforcement agencies in the country make it even more complicated and because the legality of kratom tea continues to evolve with each dawn, users should be vigilant to avoid penalties and fines.

In general, taking kratom tea in the U.S is legal. However, the federal law is generalized and every state has its legal system meaning that whereas the national government does not place any bans or regulations on the kratom tea consumption, the same doesn’t apply to all states. It can, therefore, be illegal, legal or in the process of being banned or regulated in different states.

According to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), kratom should be illegalized in the U.S due to its addictive nature and psychoactive properties. But, stakeholders have a different view and feel that kratom tea could be the solution to end opiate use in the country.

In August 2016 for instance, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) classified kratom as a Schedule 1 drug due to its opiate-like effects, but the proposition was withdrawn in October the same year.

Listing kratom as a Schedule 1 means that it has no benefits to the user’s body and has a high probability of abuse. Luckily, there was no enough evidence to support the allegations and as a matter of fact, advocates stated otherwise that this magical tree has numerous health benefits such as managing stress and anxiety, relieving pain, and increasing energy levels among others.

DONT MISS ==> Man City Dele-Bashiru, Jerome Akor On Target For Flying Eagles In Friendly Draw Against Freiburg
Current legal status of kratom tea in the U.S

Following claims that kratom had tremendous health benefits, more studies were carried out and the findings did not disappoint. Kratom products including kratom tea were reported to deliver numerous benefits to the user’s body, and most states legalized it. Currently, kratom tea is illegal in the following states;

· Alabama

· Arkansas

· Wisconsin

· Tennessee

· Vermont

· Indiana

Bottom line

Kratom is popular for its sedative and anesthetic effects and even though it’s native to Southeast Asia, Americans can buy it online. Kratom can be taken in various forms but kratom tea is very common, as people find it interesting to take it early in the morning to enhance focus, concentration and boost energy, or few minutes before bed to improve sleep quality. As a guideline, you should be informed of the fast-changing status of kratom legality in your state to avoid any potential lawsuits.

You're not wrong to say they are 'less ambitious' but anyone telling me they are overall not ambitious is going to have to make me unsee the last years of my life.

There is less perchance for Education but I have tutored brilliant minds in Niger and Nasarawa born by relative illiterates. Mind you, these are in the tens and not trickles here and there. Many of these kids form an opinion of who they want to be by media (Bollywood, Nollywood etc). Even my colleagues in University at times leave me questioning what I've heard of the North before (All from poor backgrounds). You see farmers here (don't know what letter O looks like) hustling hard to get mechanized farming equipment.

You forget that history isn't static? if I go by your analogy of "common place" things, I'd say Ibadan has the highest concentration of mad people in Nigeria grin but that'd be blanket isn't it?

You're not wrong to say they are 'less ambitious' but anyone telling me they are overall not ambitious is going to have to make me unsee the last years of my life.

There is less perchance for Education but I have tutored brilliant minds in Niger and Nasarawa born by relative illiterates. Mind you, these are in the tens and not trickles here and there. Many of these kids form an opinion of who they want to be by media (Bollywood, Nollywood etc). ibadan having the highest concentration of mad people is not something that will continue over time....

but you see alot of nigeria problems all started from colonial era
even the repressive and draconian nature of the police force all stems from the colonial era...
money laundering as well.... this subsequently follow the self rule that prevailed after....
try get PETER EKE (Colonialism and the two publics) it is an article...it takes about the civil and primordial culture.

many of this issue of illiteracy prevalent in the north is something that will linger on for a long time and will return hurt the nation and Nigeria at large...which it has already started. ....
my undergraduate thesis was on insecurity and going through the numerous research works It goes to reveal that illetracyis partly response for the upsurge of the bokoharam activities and religion fanaticism

many of the average northerners I will say this a milion time...are not ambitious especially when compared to the southerners....

try engage many in discussion as regard the current economy woes and you'll be surprised at their response..... many will tell you it is not the government's fault but the will of God....
little reason why they can be easily deceived.....
compare the quest for education and self improvement in each of the geopolitical regions and you marvel at your findings...

their preoccupation with the quest for political power have not gone to better the lives of majority of their people....

history controls a large part of our future....especially historical loopholes that the people have refused to break away from....

for Ibadan... the government have been doing well building health care and the state OYO boast of the best hospital in the country for now...that's a giant step I believe can help curtail the highest concentration of mad people you mentioned

will ask you some random questions...your response I believe will be helpful.

when it comes to being ambitious...
for the northerners and their leaders which I see as the problem

will an ambitious person breed kids in large number in this 21st century? ??

will an ambitious state government's/elites encourage the breeding of kids in large numbers all because it gives them numerical strengths during elections

what priority is given to education in the northern region compare it with the priority given to same education in the south and tell me If they really wanna break way from this historical loopholes in years to come
and does it show being ambitious? ??

what is the focus being placed on self development and human capital development in the northern region
compare please with the south region and see if there is a likelihood there will break away from this loopholes in years to come

what is the priority given to free and compulsory education in the north
and what are the leaders doing as regard the free amajiri schools GEJ set up for them...

even awolowo vioced out in his manifesto in the 1979 elections.... that for the north he has just three things for them..

"education

education
education"

what steps have been taken to address the issue of illiteracy in the north and poverty as well over the years and in the future

what is the drive for the average northern to break away from this wicked and callous politicians and elites that have continued to keep them in misery and abject poverty
do they still worship them and attribute their wicked and corrupt rule as an act of God exonerating them of blames

the elites are not ambitous either for their people

If you can be optimistic about mad people in Ibadan then why can't you be about the north. Have you been to the so called core north before. Can you compare the north of the 18th to 19th century than to what it is now? I can agree to an extent that the north is less ambitious but saying that it will linger like that for a long time thats base on your own opinion..!!
