Hello Nairalanders , I will be teaching you how to cook local egusi without the use of fire !!

First blend your egusi , not to watery
Blend your crayfish and pepper together
Put the blended egusi in a plate , add salt, add the blended crayfish and pepper!! Stir for a minute , make sure it’s well mixed , then add your smoke fish and a little eroro to make it tasty.... Then add your pumpkin leaves � and add a little hot red oil ... Allow to cool down and serve with hot eba or fufu...
