Meet Kolade Ridwan; one of the few guys doing Nigeria proud amongst the comity of nations. He is a calm, young man and an employee of one of the leading pizza restaurant in Nigeria. Kolade has gone ahead to represent Domino's Pizza, Nigeria at Dubai, Oman, and other countries in the 'Fastest Pizza maker' competition. The competition is one which pitches many pizza makers from different part of the world to make three different pizzas in a split of second.
What is striking about Kolade is that he doesn't just make pizza in a fast manner but also makes great pizza following the five criteria of a great pizza in Rim, Size, Portion, Placement and Bake.
Kolade; having represented Domino's Pizza, Nigeria in regional competition would be contesting in the finals at Las Vegas, USA as the first Nigerian to reach this height.
