Hello house, so I’m planing to travel nextweek I’d like to know the necessary document I need to take along with my visa, and any Imigration tips at the point of entry @justwise @zoey and all other gurus in the house.

Before u can be allowed to practice in the UK as a registered nurse you must be registered with the NMC as issues a PIN. To get on the register there’s certain amount of hours you must complete during your placement, so I will check if my university does have placements for the MSc program before jumping on it.

I applied to Msc Uof Beds too but a different course. Can i change my course to Nursing after i get the offer letter?( I have not gotten offer letter though) I applied to some other schools too, but would like to change my course. Kindly advice

This is a tricky one, medical school in UK is very very competitive. Most people do some biomedical sciences courses first then cross over. Another option is if you study medicine in Nigeria or anywhere else then write the PLAB Exam with the GMC and apply for job directly (It’s not that straight forward and it involves couple of travel in and out of UK)

Carry all the documents you applied with I’m sure anything they will ask should be in there.

Guys, if you've been denied a UK Visa before and you've stated and given the information surrounding it. Is it compulsory to upload a refusal letter or the reference number if you no longer have the document or remember the number?

A question I asked once about how much should be enough to keep in account for the 28 days. It was mentioned I should keep extra so it won't be an issue by that 28 days should pound rise

The current oanda rate as of today is #474 to a £. At this rate, I will be looking at using like 480 (or patapata 500 )to calculate the maintenance fee and tuition balance just to be on the safe side

I actually want to do standard visa because of lack of fund but I want to get proper guidance from the Ogas here.

Do standard if you are applying this week or next. Anything after that, priority will be better.

Every original document that gave you admission.
Print out your CAS and keep it close, have an E- Copy of all of them saved in your mail.
You would be asked about your destination and school, normal questions.
No drilling.
Relax, enjoy, Safe trip.

The only important part is declaring it.
They will sort it out and get details.

No, you don't.
Declare it, mention organization , dates and roles.

It all depends on how busy UKVI is.
I know someone who previously picked up their visa 6 days after submission. Standard Application.

I didn’t count Xmas, Boxing Day and new year. I counted working days, bank holidays excluded

Oh that's calm cuz I applied on the 27th of November, received an email today saying that my passport & other docs have been sent to me via courier.
